Note To Clients Saturday and Sunday is not a business days, but we do work on those days. We do run multiple shifts during the whole week, But u still have follow the standard that monday through friday are official business days. This does apply to garments arriving and leaving our facility also. It will take 3 day ship if we send it out friday but the weekend does not count as any of the three days to ship. So if we send it out friday the package will arrive wednesday not monday. We must follow and allow this standard because of shipping methods from distributors as well as ups/fedex/usps.

The reason you have to pay a rush fee is because there's a lot of things that go into making your orders although we wish we had a magic workshop to help out and be able to make millions of products within a day we don't. So we have to take time so the your order comes out correctly. There are many moving parts that go into fulfilling a screen print order that take time and attention. The correct garment must be sourced, art proofs must be created true to size and color, inks must be mixed, screens must be burned, and finally shirts must be printed and dried. We have calculated our production window to allow proper amount of time for your order to be printed the right way. If we have to speed that production process up to fulfill your rush order, that required special attention. Ultimately requiring our staff to work longer hours. In the industry time = money, So please understand we want to get your order in your hands as soon as possible. We truly appreciate all of our clients, and will try and avoid charging rush fees when necessary.

When ordering for one design on different types of garments and fabrics the ink color will tend to look different on them. If we are printing the same design and ink color on completely different fabrics, one has to understand the ink color will appear to look different. We as printers receive a job, check in the garments, mix(1) purple and print a stack of shirts ( in some cases the stack may contain multiple styles and fabrics). The ink color migration is out of our control. The turnaround time from order to delivery is approximately 20 business days from the time of deposit

Heat Printing

Is a decorating process which uses heat-applied materials and a heat press to transfer designs and images onto various items.

Transfer Paper

Using a Desktop Inkjet Printer, full color designs are printed onto specialized transfer papers and heat applied to apparel or fabrics. This method is quick, allowing almost instant customization. Photo-quality images can be quickly printed and applied to garments. While this method offers the advantage of high-quality images, it has some drawbacks. Standard transfer paper will not show white images on any garment. Because most desktop printers do not have white ink, any areas which show white on the transfer paper will show as the garment color after application. This can be avoided by using special paper for dark garments, though this paper is more expensive and has a heavier feel than standard transfer paper. Also, unless properly trimmed, most transfer papers will leave an outline of excess coating around the image when transferred onto garments. Precise (and often time-consuming) trimming must be done before application.

Heat Transfer Material

Often used for production of letters and numbers on T-shirts and jerseys, this method involves heat application of designs cut from vinyl, which is available in a variety of colors, textures, and effects (i.e. reflective, glow-in-the-dark, etc.). These designs can be pre-ordered from a manufacturer or custom-cut in-house using vinyl cutting equipment. Sportsminded uses both methods and stocks several color and material options.Heat transfer material images are sturdy and long-lasting, and can be applied easily (using a heat press) to a number of different garments and accessories in any quantity.Photo-quality designs cannot be applied using this method and each design must be individually cut and weeded (excess vinyl removed from around the image). Complex patterns thus can prove problematic.
